Welcome to mail order at Mary Jo's. We have four mail order clerks to help you find everything you need for all your sewing projects. Our hours in Mail Order are from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday thru Friday, EST. We accept Mastercharge, Visa and Discover. You can pay with check or money order but payment is required first (No COD's please) on an average, we ask for 3-5 working days to complete your order, but at our busy times we could take as long as 7-10 days. We ship our fabrics and notions mostly through UPS but we will ship with Federal Express and Postal Service depending on your mailing needs. We ask that if you need an express or expedited package that you call your order in by 10:00 am in order for it to be shipped out the same day. We charge $2.00 for handling (except for rush orders that you want, but not express, we charge $4.00 handling) and there is the UPS charge which depends on weight and zone.

We ship fabrics all over the United States and other countries as well. We have very serious shoppers write, call, and fax us from Australia, France, Hong Kong, England, Canada, South Africa, and more. Please keep in mind the time allotment may vary with overseas orders.

You may be asking yourself, "How do I place an order if I don't know what you have?" well, you can send us a swatch or picture (a picture you have taken or from a magazine) or you can describe what you are looking for and we will send you samples of what seems to be close to your description. We recommend that you send us a sample to work from or the Manufacturers name, style & color number as All Sales are Final. Everyone views colors differently so samples to work from are very important. Our samples are sold from 1/16th of a yard or larger, it just depends on the fabric and what you want.
